Linking to Documents
Tell your students to "click here."
DocuShare makes it very easy to make documents available to students and their parents via a download link. EVERY file that you upload to DocuShare can be downloaded if you click on the title of it. The title is a link! Copying that link and pasting it into an email or another web page will give you a fast and easy way to share the document. However, by default YOU are the only person who can see (or download) the documents you added to DocuShare. This is to protect your privacy, because most f the files you upload are not meant for the public. For instruction on how to make a document accessible to the public, see the page of the LPS DocuShare user's guide titled PERMISSIONS [.pdf].
